For Some Reason The Boston Media Is FREAKING OUT About Joe Haggerty’s Nonsensical Bruins Article After Game 3

On the goal by P.K. Subban in the first period:

Here’s a sentence in the fourth-to-last paragraph of the column. 

It was the same name in the game is he’s also in the second period as the gaffe of Andrej Meszaros and Johnny Boychuck allowed Dale Weise to sneak behind them and pot his own second-period goal.

Another weird one

One would be expected as the Bruins go back to the drawing boast [sic, obviously board, easy typo to make] in Game 3, and Giardi potentially keeps along that roadway while Dan Roche isn’t around to lay down his hammer on the league.

So this is turning into a huge story right now.  Long story short Hags published an article that made ZERO sense after the Bruins game 3 loss. I included some of the highlights above.  Now everybody in the Boston Media is  trying to scratch each other’s eyeballs out over it.  Notably Curt Minihane who did everything short of calling him Hitler and demanding he be hung from the gallows. Chad Finn from Boston.com chipped in today saying Hags excuse of being tired is no excuse.

Here was his actual excuse by the way.

He then went on Toucher and Rich and tried to explain it more:

“I think I was in some sort of dream state while I was falling asleep at the keyboard in writing that because I was doing it at like 1 or 2 o’clock in the morning after being at the rink at 8:30 a.m. and not getting done with TV until midnight. … I hit send, I hoped for the best and thought I’d wake up to a heavily edited piece the next morning. That was not the case,” 

Honestly who gives fuck? So he wrote shit that made no sense and made an ass out of himself. Who cares? I have no dog in this fight but why is he being made out to be the antichrist?  I mean if you didn’t know what he wrote you’d think he was dropping N bombs all over the place.  Or somebody slept with somebody’s wife.  I just don’t get it at all. Let’s just say he’s a moron and leave it at that. Although I will say that being tired and blaming it on your editor is kind of a scumbag excuse. Bro we don’t even have editors here at Barstool and we post around the clock 24/7 and nobody has every posted something that made less sense than that. He should have just said “I’m a moron and fucked up” and leave it at that. But still everybody who is piling on here needs to chill out.  The only thing that is borderline is the 13 year old girl comment.  Yikes Hags.  So that’s what you dream about?   13 year olds? Not the hottest look.  16 or older bro.  16 or older.  Get it straight. 18 or older bro.
